Copies the newest dated 5DN tab, clears W, and fixes AF to its notice date. Existing tabs are retained.
2. Review and lock tenants
Choose the intended tenants below. Selection does not change the worksheet’s filters or hidden rows.

3. Resume a saved batch
One operator owns each worksheet batch. Sending and previewing do not record completion.
Review tenant
Check the form banner for 23/23 fields, zero missing, and zero mismatches. Review every value. Submission and document uploads remain manual.
